Policies

When arriving for a class, you are welcome to arrive at the listed start time or up to 10 minutes early, but please do not arrive more than 10 minutes early because other classes may be going on during that time.

Refund/Exchange Policy: We do not allow refunds once a class has been purchased directly on our website. Classes purchased through Eventbrite cannot be refunded unless it is cancelled 7 days before the event is scheduled to take place. We understand sometimes illness/emergencies and other unforeseeable events happen and for special circumstances you can contact us and we may be able to exchange the class for one that is priced at equal or lesser value.
